Shipping & Delivery

Issue.1 can ship your goodies for delivery anywhere within Australia and internationally via Australia Post. If you’re expecting a parcel and wanting an update, find your Tracking Number in your order confirmation email and track your parcel here.

Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched on the same day. Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day. During peak times there may be delays to your order, but our team will keep you updated if this is the case. Please note, for heavy and bulky items including all of our shoes and large glassware pieces, a $15 postage shipping applies. 

Shipping within Australia
Standard: $10 or free for orders over $150 (3-7 business days)
Express: $15 (1-3 business days)
Delivery to regional areas may take between 4-8 days.

Shipping to New Zealand
Standard: $30 (5-10 business days)

International shipping
Standard Shipping: $50 (8-10 business days)
