Issue.1 can ship your goodies for delivery anywhere within Australia and internationally via Australia Post. If you’re expecting a parcel and wanting an update, find your Tracking Number in your order confirmation email and track your parcel here.

Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched on the same day. Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day. Please note, for heavy and bulky items including all of our shoes and large glassware pieces, a $20 postage shipping applies.

Return Policy

We are happy to offer store credit (in the form of a gift voucher) for change-of-mind returns, provided that:

  • The item(s) was not on sale or discounted at the time of purchase. 
  • The return is initiated within 10 days of the order date. 
  • The item is in original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. 
  • All tags, stickers and protective packaging are attached and intact. 

If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will be unable to process store credit, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note: 

  • Sale & discounted items are final sale, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • An exchange can only be processed once; exchanged items cannot be returned again.
  • Please also note, we will deduct a $10 shipping &handling fee on refunds if you received free shipping.  


Refund Policy

All products are individually quality checked before leaving our premises and delivered with a trusted shipping provider. On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product. A refund will not be issued for any or all of the below reasons:

  • If you changed your mind;
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
  • If you decide you no longer like the item;
  • If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;

Sale items are final sale. No refunds, store credits, or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, you will not be refunded, and any costs that were incurred to return the product(s) for review will not be refunded.

Returns Process

If you would like to return your product, please ensure you have first read and understood our Returns Policy and Refund Policy above. Then, please contact us with your order number, details of why you would like to return the product, and whether you would like to be issued with store credit (in the form of a gift card) or a different product.

Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in saleable condition is your responsibility. Additionally, for exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fee for the new item to be sent out.

Please do not return the product without first contacting us. We cannot guarantee any refund or return credit if this process is not followed.
